In AP4 results are made accessible globally through the geoportal "WANDEL-Share", published via the "Freshwater Information Platform" and the network "Global German Partnership" and exploited scientificly in science and teaching. Small and medium-sized enterprises are adressed target-oriented; to implement the identified options for action technical solutions and methodological guidelines are developed as well as flyer and reports to be exploited internationally through the practical partners IRENA, GIZ and UNESCO-IHP/HWRP. At the end of the project phase a "political breakfast" is planned at the Permanent Representation of the State of Hessen in Berlin.
